    214 lbs 1/5/09

I have dropped the couple of pounds I put back on over Christmas. It seems to be hard for me to get below 210. Harder than it was to go from 250 to 220. I am going to hit it hard now that the holidays are over. If I can get past this sticking point I think I can get below 200 pretty quickly.

That, combined with not being able to work out last week due to the start of the spring semester tacked on 2 more lbs. Weighed in at 197. That's the heaviest I've been since I hit my goal weight in September 2007.

That sucks, but I know what I need to do. Now it's just a matter of doing it.

Gained 3 lbs over holidays and birthday. Weight Watchers meeting this week, lost the 3 back and 4 more on top of it. Down 20 Since end of November

Lots of rich/sugary/fatty foods combined with not working out regularly and being lazier than usual.
