    Good work! Just keep doing what you're doing. Your workout regimen is pretty tough -- are you having any trouble sticking to it? I know I've had to adjust mine a few times because of overzealousness.

    I watched this show last night about morbidly obese people who check themselves into this hospital called Brookhaven. They were put on a 1200 calorie diet but most of them did not lose weight. They were able to cheat by ordering food delivered to the hospital. The administrator should have put a stop to it. Anyway watching them and seeing how pathetic they were made me realize how pathetic I have been about this. I am going to get serious now. My birthday is August 30th and I plan to be under 200 pounds by then.

    I got my first HCG shot today. I will let you guys know whether it works or not. I am also going back on Adipex as well. 1200 calorie per day diet is my plan.

    HCG is a hormone that is supposed to boost your metabolism. A local doctor prescribes it as part of a weight loss program. It may not work but it is only $60 a month for the shots so I thought I would give it a try.

    Adipex is a appetite suppressent also known as phentermine. I was on it before a few years ago. It helps but it makes you a bit jittery.

    I am totally inspired by everything I've read here.:clapclap:

    I am using a modified Atkins diet to drop some tonnage. Down 13 since the first of July. Want to be in hugging shape when Honey gets in town :winkiss:

    Good luck with that, I hope that it works.

    I have been holding steady at around 320. When the summer hit and we went on vacation everything kind of went to hell. However, I am proud of myself for continuing to stay off of the soda. I have to get back on the horse.

    Let us know how it goes. I really am interested especially with the HCG.
