That's not a bad thing. Whatever you've changed seems to be working, at least to a degree. Did you start working out at the dojo again?

I have not started back yet. I am pretty happy holding at 240 for now. That is about ten pounds less than where I started at when I first went to the doctor. If I can keep that off and build on it I will be good.

I'm almost fat enough to join. I figure I need to add about 5 more pounds before I start the challenge.

Two weeks ago today I was 340. A week ago today I was 328. I haven't weighed yet today.

Quit drinking sodas altogether. Changed my eating habits, the first week was a nightmare.

All of the ideal weight scales say my ideal weight range is 186ish to 204ish and I am between 6'5" & 6'6". When I told my doctor he laughed and said an ideal weight for me is 230-240 because of my build and all.

I would look like death walking if I were to lose down to 186. However, I have a 100-110 lbs to lose in total. So I am on my way.

My ideal weight is like 146 to 164. I have been down to about 180 in the past and I still had a little gut left. You might be surprised if you actually got down to 230 you may still have a little more you want to lose. At that point it is probably more about vanity than health though.

I started doing the low carb diet again yesterday. I needed to shake things up and see if I can start losing again.
