    I owed state half as much as fed owed me.....

    but my tax preparer is a nice lady and does all she can to soften the blow.

    i sure don't miss paying state taxes down here in florida.

    we get $$ back, but we'll have to file quarterly for gina next year.

    Owed many thousands to the feds, $100 refund from state :).

    capital gains + little witholding from my woman's job + some phat bonuses and such this year - ass reaming on my taxes...

    My return went toward estimated taxes for the next year. All $200 of it.:freak:
