    "The rebates would phase out gradually for individuals whose income exceeds $75,000 and couples with incomes above $150,000, aides said. Individuals with incomes up to $87,000 and couples up to $174,000 would get partial rebates. The caps are higher for those with children."

    Anyone know more data on this? What are the caps, how fast would it phase out, does this factor in deductions or just raw W-2 income?

    This country is in debt so bad it's like sitting at the bottom of the lake looking up wondering how much longer you can hold your breath. Yeah we need change but that's just another campaign slogan.

    So you have to wait until you mail in your tax returns before you can get a check?
