    $600 for individual working classers, $1200 for married working classers, add $300 per kid.

    Nuts. I remember when Bush became pres they gave a few hundred.

    $75k or less for a single person gives you a $600 rebate. 23 million checks.

    This is different. They aren't cutting taxes. They're just giving people their own money back and will tax you for it in 2009. Bush's tax cuts should have spurred capital investment for small businesses. I don't think the jury has decided whether or not that happened.

    Yep and $150k for married gets you $1200. Kids add $300 each.
