    I never heard we offered the job. He is staying at Kansas. There is no Carolina press conference scheduled at this time.

    Just a stupid question, and I think Baddour has handled this whole thing like an idiot, but...if Williams were to turn it down, why would that be Baddour's fault and why would it make Carolina look bad? They can't force him to take it.

    um he was talking on the phone to UNC TODAY... how would you know if he's been offered today??? there hasn't been a chance to report it :confused:

    Why?
    Because of these questions...
    1) Why fire Doherty until after the Final 4? Obviously put Roy under bigtime pressure he didn't need.
    2) Why say that they "haven't offered him the job"?
    3) Why tell the public that all the players were interviewed RIGHT BEFORE they fired the coach. Stupid and makes it look like the players made the decision.
    4) Why not interview other candidates immediately if thats the plan? Why make that statement if its not the plan.

    Too much talking and bs in my opinion. Baddour has looked like an ass through the whole deal and to me - he doesn't get Roy and he is incompetent. Either he knows something we don't or the guy is an idiot.
