    LOL.... I bring that stuff up because it has all happened to UNC and they're still winning. I've heard over and over from State fans that Butch Davis is a great recruiter, but only an average coach. As far as I'm concerned, he has put that myth to bed this season, regardless of what happens in this game.

    Well, that officially ruins a decent season, losing to a team you should have run off the field. Stupid penalties, defense playing like crap, yates failing to come through in the clutch. I wonder what the Heels season would have been like with Wilson at QB instead of the guy who can't make the right decision when you need it?

    Another example of a team losing because they can't run the ball. Handing off to wr's should tell you a lot. You have the lead, and you can't bully the other team by running it. Great win for State, a sad rather telling loss for Carolina.

    That's a good reason for leaving, but I still don't see how that changes my argument that he would have received an offer from a better program if he had stuck around for one more year.
