I know that they went 11-3 the year after he left and played for the ACC Championship. Seems if he had done that, better programs that NC State would have come calling.

It may be about TOB being the lowest paid coach in the ACC while at BC, but I'll let gotta handle it.

When TOB arrived in Raleigh he rocked the boat from the start. He was a 180degree change from Chuck Amato. TOB is a strict disciplinarian where Amato was anything but. TOB knew that some players would leave and some did. He also knew that he would get rid of some of those who could not or would not live by his rules. TOB needs 5 years to produce positive results and the people who hired him knew it. I think that they have been a disappointment so far as far as wins and losses but he will get more time. He will need to start with getting better on defense, it's green, small, and rather slow.

Butch Davis stepped into a better situation in Chapel Hill. Despite some disappointing years Bunting had pulled in some pretty good recruiting classes. Davis will take UNC into the top 20 (already there) maybe the top 10on a fairly regular basis.
