Fox would be winning with this talent. So would Seifert.

Not trying to be a dick or anything, I've just kinda thought Rivera was a bad hire since last october. He's done little to make me feel differently.

We were outcoached - clearly - by a rookie coach. Outcoached in all phases, I might add. We lost this game, imho, due to coaching.

I will say they made proper adjustments at halftime, and that's a big deal. They still couldn't come through when they needed - and by they I mean everybody.

I liked Harbaugh and Schiano. I hoped Rivera would be good, and maybe some day he will be.

panthers look like this years cellar dwellers so far

Aside from a few coverage gaffs in the 3rd quarter the bucs D was excellent. Would have thought that there was enough film from pre season to prepare for Schiano's scheme but even so you can't game plan away speed and they did play extremely fast on D. .. i would be very psyched if i were a bucs fan. Offensively they looked good enough too, especially early on. Freeman has clearly improved and Martin was very impressive - was not aware of the following:

    >>>"Doug Martin gained 55 of his 95 (57.9 percent) yards after contact on Sunday. Since the start of 2010, 52.3 percent of the Buccaneers rush yards have come after contact, which is the best percentage in the NFL. At Boise State last year, Martin gained 58 percent of his yard after contact and averaged 2.9 yards after contact per rush, so he should bolster an already strong running game."<<<

I'm a bit of a homer, too. I was loathe to really criticize Fox, Delhomme, or even Seifert.

I'm feeling much different now. Hurney should definitely be included - the $$ we have tied up in RB is kinda laughable.

Seifert was becoming a little bit crazy around the middle of his second year. I don't see it getting quite that bad with RR.

I wonder how much Chud was banking on having Stewart in the line-up. Plan B for the running game didn't seem to be too well thought out.

So what are our oline matchups like vs the saints?

    Think Silatolu gets benched?

I have to again say how pleased I was with second half defense. The Bucs had the ball for almost 19 minutes to our just over 11 minutes. They picked newton twice and blocked a punt and we still outscored them 10-3.

That said - our T.O.P. has sucked fox cock since rico took over.

We cant beat the Saints with brees on the field for 40 minutes.

Also - Munnerlyn actually seemed capable, despite his special teams boner ( the press should use that word alot when discussing game errors ). I also thought Dwan, Ron, Beason, Davis, Alexander, and Johnson looked pretty good.

Also - Olsen, tolbert, murphy, and lafell looked sharp.

How the fuck did our oline get deep dicked so hard?

    15-1. Or more likely 7-9.
