Surety Bond

    I keep getting different answers to my question as to when do you stop paying for a surety bond?

    This bond is for a settlement of an estate. All properties have been exchanged, etc. and the only thing left for closure is monies owned to others...such as funeral expenses and medical bills that was paid by myself and someone else should have paid.
