Everyone has pretty much said Superman 3 and 4 sucks... but they don't blame Reeves maily the movies plots, but that being said they're in essence starting over at Superman 3.

are they gonna have a Richard Pryor lookalike in this one?

speaking of Richard Pryor, Marlon Wayans is in line to star in Brewster's Millions II.

    SUPER BUDGET

Will "Superman Returns" be the next "Waterworld{quot}? The next "Heaven's Gate{quot}? Probably not, but it's fun to hypothesize.

The New York Post says that as with those fabulous Tinseltown Hindenburgs, the budget for the Bryan Singer-helmed film has already mushroomed to $300 million -- making it the most expensive movie ever made. Or will it be? Warner Bros. has released a face-saving statement saying the budget, after tax credits, is only "around $204 million."

The word last summer was that Bryan Singer asked for permission and obtained cut footage from the original Superman by Richard Donner so that he could include Brando's Jor-El instead of getting another actor since Brando was so good and stately in the original.

The Buzz Bin on movies.com used to be a lot better than it is now and I read it weekly to get this kind of scoop. You can keep up with all the interesting info. on movies that are being made and movies that are going back to the drawing board.

The second trailer does make things look more appealing. At first I wasn't looking foward to another Superman something, but I will go and see this. I'm very interested in seeing Kevin Spacey as Lex. I also agree I think he wil steal the show.
