We are looking at the possibility of starting Fasani at QB and Brown at RB. The more I think about it, the happier this makes me. Fasani has looked like shit in his two tries this year, but Brown has looked pretty good in a limited role. I think this gives us a shot to really see what we have for next year. With Smith and Peete, I think we knew what we were getting and it was headed downhill fast. So I'm looking foward to seeing these guys this week.

 

Plus we are pretty much guaranteed another loss which only helps our draft status.

If we cannot get Leftwich, we should take Rodgers in the 1st who will start his rookie year, and a QB in the second who will start the year after.

 

This keeps up and Fasani and Brown are going to be playing defense, too!

As for the draft, Rogers stock is lower now than it was at the begining of the season. He'll get back up there in the combine though. No matter what QB we draft, I'd expect him to compete for the starting job right away. How hard is it to hand the ball off for three downs at a time? Hell, lets just skip QB all together and do a direct snap!
