    saw a commercial for them. they are wraps...not sure what they are using for bread. 11 carbs each.

    I noticed bi lo is selling atkins breads now.

    I'm not an Atkins guy, but isn't 11 carbs a good many? At least for the diet?

    depends where you are in the diet. the 1st two weeks are 20 carbs\day so year - that is a lot. After that it goes up to 40, so they are OK then. In the Maint phase, it depends on the individual....some eat as much as 300 carbs\day.

    I had both the other day. They are wrapped in a very thin, and I mean thin, tortilla shell. Very good even if you aren't on the diet.

    I had one of each yesterday...they are alright but they cost $5/each and have maybe 25% of the meat a normal sub has. you'd be better off finding that flat bread in a store somewhere and making your own.

    Y'all getting cheated in Charlotte. $3.99 here in San Antonio. Also, you can get any sandwich on the menu in a wrap.

    my guess is that most subways are franchises and it is up to the individual owner to decide how much to charge and if other sandwiches can be made into wraps.

    I tried the chicken bacon wrap and i was quite impressed.

    The wrap itself is 5 grams Net carbs and made out of wheat gluten, cornstarch, soy protein and some other stuff. The chicken bacon has only 8 grams of Net carbs so i think anyone who is in the induction phase could easily add this in.
