    There's a lot of people that put meat including sausage in their stuffing here. The thing about the US is there is every culture in the world here and it all depends on how our mother did it.

    That version is the best ever. I make it for stuffing cornish hens and also large bakeing chicken. For turkey I prefer just bread but it taste better cooked in a seperate pan and I let the top become crunchie.
