    the temperature danger zone (where food born illness occurs) is between 45-140, i believe. as long as food is kept cooler than 45 or hotter than 145 (before eating or as a holding temp in a buffet for example) you should be ok. I go a little extra incase of the bird flu and all.

    DINNER was fantastic. Hope you all ate as well as I did. Had some good Riesling with dinner. Pumpkin cheesecake for dessert.
