    It all comes down to money. NA$CAR is so worried about its sponsors and the money they bring, they forgot what the fans like.... passion. The guy shows some emotion and off to the trailer at the end of the race. Home Depot can't have their image tarnished by someone getting upset about a track incident.

    my bad - I meant probation. Stewart is on probabtion ( but of course not double secret probabtion) for six races. Jr was on probabtion for seven races.

    nobody's mentioned Home Depot in all this, or the fact that Tony is a WC Champion

    Tony sells tickets, and if he wanted to go to IRL tomorrow, he could, and NASCAR doesn't want him to.

    I am a Tony Stewart fan, and I think he could go to IRL, win a Championship, win the Indy 500 and go down as one of the greatest drivers of alltime.

    And even if he did go to IRL, he could still come back and race the All-Star race, the IROC, and Daytona 500
