    bullshit..Tony Stewart shouldnt be racing this weekend. If he drove the Shwanns car instead of the home depot he wouldnt be racing.

    And if this weekend's race was at one of Bruton's tracks instead of Daletoner, he wouldn't be racing either. Think Jimmy Spencer got any help last year? Nope, he was sponsored by a satellite radio company that was getting out of NASCAR when he punched Kurt Busch last year.

    Nope, they understand that NASCAR selectively enforces rules. They probably didn't even think twice when they heard the ruling.
