    It is the way it is for TV. First team scores wins so that they don't eat up too much TV time and then theres advertising revenue.
    Personally, I'd like to see it go to 1/2 quarters (7:30). Each team should get at least one posession in that time, if not they don't deserve to win anyway. If another tie results, the other team gets first posession.

    I thought so too - which is why I have kept my mouth shut about the final call. You win some - you lose some. Semper mentioned the personal foul call that was bad. There were others too.

    Now, if those calls had affected my money on the other hand..... :lol2:

    Can't say I'm upset about the Steelers losing, but I was gonna take them and decided not to. Dammit. :mad:

    Good call. Nedney exagerated the fall, but it was the right call. I'd take Nedney back no probem. Anybody catch that hit he made early?

    OT needs to stay the way it is except for one thing, stop calling it OT and go back to calling it what it is......Sudden Death.


    Watch out for the Titans. Last years SB didn't have any stars either. This years Champion might not have a single Pro Bowl player.

    Cowher reminds me of Haslett, too much emotion and not enough brains. They're good leaders, but I don't think they have what it takes to take their teams over the top.

    I have followed the Steelers for most of my life. The call was proper and I was not mad about it. But...........

    This overtime shit sucks. Each team should get a chance. And I am not saying that cause the Steelers lost either. I dont think it should be like college but I do think some kind of change is needed!

    Correct call. That call would have been called in 1st quarter as well. The arguement that "Don't let the officials determine the outcome of the game" is a load of shit fabricated from the losing coach. It was an infraction and the ref called it. Case dismissed. Oh and Coach Cowert, shave the beard
