    yes it does! That's why i would give them a rest on the weekend, now i just take one once in awhile depending on what i am doing and need that extra kick. The effects of the pill also seemed to diminish closer to the botom of the bottle i got, the first pill out of a freshly opened bottle always gave me the best bzzzz! I know some people who hate that feeling, but i've always loved it.
