Good thinkin vp, I'll get right on that :naughty:

On a sidenote: just finished WO #1...it was pretty freakin tough. The first 3 minutes were easy enough, but the last one kicked my ass.

    Work out #2...

Today was way easier than the first one. I think that is partially due to the fact that I chose a flatter route to run this time. I could've gone at least an extra minute pretty easily, but I decided to stick to the schedule. Saturday should be more of a challenge...and if not then I guess I'll have to step my sprints up a bit.

not necessarily wo#2 but you will add minutes until you reach a certain goal or target time.

If you're following the chart thingy, you add a minute every other workout, so in workout #2 you would still just do 4 minutes, like the first one. I'm kinda thinking I should start going at my own pace though, since I'm sure I would've been able to do more than 4 minutes I might as well use my body to it's full potential.
