i messed up for the past few months.

    i'm starting over.

i start my new job dec. 1 and i want to go in with a good attitude about how i feel, bodywise. having to buy bigger pants for my interview was not pleasurable, but they looked good.

    it's rough.

Yeah it always is. When you start the new job you dump weight fast for awhile, you'll be too busy to eat. I'm losing right now not because of any diet but simply because no food is handy and I'm away from the house 12-14 hours a day. Good luck on the new job by the way. The best diet is being totally absorded in your work.

Well I'm not sure about inspiring, but thanks for the comment WJ.

Larry, you can do it. You've got such a great attitude about things. I know that once you set your mind to it, you won't have any problem sticking with it!

Larry, can I suggest what is working for me. I have lost 15 lbs in 43 days. I love food and refuse to eat like a rabbit. If I want pizza, I eat it. Beer, chicken wings, whatever...I eat it. The trick is balance. If I know I am gonna eat a big pizza or cheeseburger for dinner, I skip lunch. Today I had too much at Taco Bell for lunch, so I nursed a bunch of Diet Pepsi tonite to stay full and skip dinner. Of course I am excercizing like a lunatic too. I truly believe though that trying to eat like rabbit doesn't work. You can only eat salad and BS for so long. So eat what you want, just let it be the only meal of the day.

I know what you mean Larry. I started a while back and couldn't get into it. Now I am more into it and have dropped 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Adkins and exercise. 10 down and 20-30 more
