    The part while Peter was taken over by the symbiant was painful to watch (what's with the Saturday Nite Fever crap?). The Sandman character was superfluous -- could have and should have been written out completely. There was plenty to work with between Venom and the Hobgoblin.

    I'm a longtime spidey fan and although the action and special affects are great, I'll have to say that each movie gets harder to watch.The part were peter becomes the bad peter and tries to dance is unwatchable.
