bought a pack of thighs about a month or so ago when they were on sale and froze them. thawed them up friday and fried a few and threw the rest in ziplock bags and into the fridge for grilling in the next few days. well, we didn't get to them over the weekend, and go to get them out just now and one has a pink spot on the skin. no odor, they feel normal, and there is meat looks normal. just the pink spot on the skin?

    are they safe?

it comes out to only about a dollars worth of chicken, so trashing them is no biggie, but i was wantin some bbq chicken some kind of serious.

It's just a bruise...nothing to worry about. Probably came from the slaughter house throwing them against walls, stomping on them or ripping their heads off with their hands. If the chicken was bad...your nose would tell you so.
