    I agree but I tie the carrots and celery together and throw that shit away after it's done cooking.

    Working nights, weekends and holidays sucked ass and there was no decent pay, working in kitchens.

    One teaspoon of sugar in almost three quarts is just enough to take the "bite" out but yet not make the sauce "sweet". I have had sauce that was sweetened and I do not like it. Almost like southern sweet tea.
    Another note- I only use Contadina brand tomatos, sauce, and paste when making the sauce.

    Just Fresh has a packaged spinach burger that is really really good. Better and fresher tasting than any packaged 'burger' I've ever had.
