I thought for sure Solarte would pull a reverse and root for the Astros to counteract any bad juju. Too late now. Bless his heart.

honestly, this is a series which I wish I didnt have a rooting interest. both teams are great stories, but since I am a til-I'm-dead White Sox fan, gotta pull for my South Siders.

OK the 'stros gave the White Sox the home opener, the fans deserved that. But that's all they'll get!

Actually it's going to be a good series I think. Two good teams.

And yeah, old man Clemens couldn't take the chilly night air.

Sox are far and away the best team in this series. If the Astros can't win with Clemens pitching then they won't win. Sox in 6. Backe will get blown out when he pitches.

If Chicago punks Pettite, this may only go 4. Too much momentum for the Good Guys!

White Sox are playing well no doubt. Not taking that away from them. But last night wasn't a good measure of Clemens against them. He pitched 2 innings and obviously was in pain. The Astros was ahead in I believe the third inning and then came close a couple of times later to tie or come ahead. It could have easily gone the other way. White Sox third baseman was awesome.

    Wow!

I think I heard Solarte yell when Konerko went yard a minute ago.

Anyone else thinks this World Series is the most boring World Series ever. I feel like going to bed and just missing the last two innings.

Much credit to Houston, tying it up in the 9th off Jenks, but damn. What a friggin win.
