    It could be for them, but I can't say the same, I live in Washinton State now and have been in about 40 states.

    What about the Asian Steel mills that are kicking the most ass? Nucor is a drop in the bucket, and they're only doing well because they, unlike their Yankee counterparts, don't pay their people shit. They tipped the scales in their favor by fucking their employees out of pay and benefits and the companies up north can't compete and still treat people right, so now they're really fucking their people. You know, the slave OWNERS always had money in the South...

    Wrong. If you really didn't think it was true, you'd ignore it or find it funny. Southerners are like Donovan McNabb. At first he was able to rise above, but he started getting testy because he knew some of TO's criticism was right.

    Well, it's part of a pattern of ignorance and exploitation in the South, isn't it? The average Southerner got fucked worse than anyone because they were doing the bidding of the rich, who convinced them that it was about "pride". Pride is the continual downfall of the Southerner.
