Hello everyone. I'd like your help. If you could please post your favorite soul food restaurants, and the location/phone number, i'd really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Ummmm.....I've not found one person who didn't like it. If you want you can go debate it with the crowds of black families who flock there afer church on Sunday. They know nothing about soul food.

you must have bumped your head somewhere. the chicken box is the best soul food in the CLT.the Chicken Coop has the coolest name, and the best to go boxes. the Coffee Cup has a good location across from the stadium, some of th best soul food in town , but very expensive now. 9.00+ for chicken and 50/50 lemonade/tea. the fried chicken and waffles are off the charts but its gotten expebsive. Simmons 4th ward is ok. the Diamond Restaurant next to the Penguin is just about as good as anybody. maybe not as soul food, but as country as some greek people can be,. the cornbread is the shiznit.

Hell, I never claimed it was the best either, just my favorite due mainly to how close it is, the price and how friendly the people are there.
