Disturber reporting Sosa and Kyle Farnsworth to Orioles for Jorge Julio, Jerry Harriston Jr and 2 prospects. Cubs pick s a "substantial" portion of Sosa's salary. Geez, how the bloom is off the rose

You know what this recent spending spree for Peter Angelos means? Another 90 loss season   . . And he's trying to use the excuse of having the 'Nats down in DC now as an excuse why his team will struggle at the gate.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Inept ownership is the reason why the once lauded O's stink now . . Notice how he's been holding up a settlement on establishing a new regional sports network with the 'Nats. I think he is doing this on purpose to hurt the former Expos financially.

Sosa to Baltimore? It looks like it . .

Sosa doesn't do steroids. Every player's head gets bigger during a season.

Im glad the Cubs finally got rid of sosa. He is 36 with a career going downhill. The Cubs picked up a versatile player which they needed. Now they have a leadoff man and with some money could pickup Magglio. Sorry Balitmore fans but the sosa pickup was a bad one he will hit some homeruns but only at times when you dont need one.

that should be a sign to baltimore. i'm sure they're not expecting much from sosa. it's a crazy deal, but somebody bit. thank god sosa is no longer a cub.

why Sosa though? He hasn't really done a damn thing in Chicago. He strikes out too much. His HR numbers went down last year. He's getting older. He's a defensive liability. All he'll provide is the occassion flashy homerun for the fans and no title.

Peter Angelos deserves to rot in Hell for what he has done for one of the best franchises in baseball.
