sorry, I don't need a regular season game to tell that Craig sucks. hell, him getting a start would be a major upgrade in his talent alone, since he's never earned anything near that. Were he to earn that, he'd be about three times better than he is now.

 

I almost follow your logic only I think his talent is what it is... earning a starting job would not indicate an upgrade in his talent, to me it would indicate he has (1) figured out how to get rid of the monkey (2) some coach like a Dick V. giving him the chance, who was laughed at by his peers and media type when he said he was going to start this Warner guy after Green was injured...

 

see, that's where we differ. You seem to feel he's a starting caliber quarterback.

My point was that he wasn't starting caliber here, won't be starting caliber unless his level of play increases a great deal, and that earning playing time would indicate a similar increase.

 

In regards to the thread you locked, prove it. Nobody is a strong word. If you were not so consumed with trying to prove that and simply stated you disagreed with my opinion without throwing in the suddle slams that you are all to good at, then you would find your sweet little threads would not be shit in.

You've got a nice little kingdom going here, and your posse of followers is up to what 10-12 now... before you had this kingdom, I watched you piss people off, I watched guys sign up on other boards and make reference to you as the reason they left. I don't suspect I'll win many people over here... its your world not mine.

I'd kind of expect that response from you. Do you base your life and the decisions you make in life on what you read on this board? I don't, thats why I make some of these "circular" arguments as you put it.

I'm not looking for warm fuzzies... possibly folks that know how to counter a guys point without calling him names etc. If people could just state their counter opinions...

So why do I keep coming back for this abuse? I use to get a few laughs here and there... it was/is a break from the work I have going on the other computer. Every now and then, I'll hear news about anything before I spot it on the internet. Cafe Risque can be entertaining a night over a cold one...

I understand you being direct, I am too - obviously. But I don't feel a need to just jump off on some one and basically call them names because they think differently - its not my mindset. (However, I can be pushed into a few unfriendly name exchanges when the other party starts it)

If a handful of folks including yourself would understand, I truly believe in the quote in my signature, you'd give up on your relentless pursuit to make me out to whatever it is you are doing. I'm not concerned that you call me names, I'm concerned that you feel it necessary to do so. Do you feel smarter? Superior? Probalby so...

 

sandman i didn't just come out of the blue and call you anything. i've read at least 10 of these types of threads, and others where you make stuff up. my coming out and saying i've decided your ego makes you stupid is based on hours of reading, and not a knee jerk reaction to something i don't agree with. just fyi.

If you could stay on topic without getting pissy or personal threads would not be closed. You insult others, bring down their comments, and then whine when people do that to you. Your pissy little comments about "my kingdom" and trying to teach me something are laughable at best - you're the one who's shown time and time again he can't learn. Remember our first argument here? You never did get the point, and all the while you sat there indignantly trying to show me that I was missing something.
