Thats OK my brother... he has time on his side. I'm sure he will make his way back on a team, perhaps another Hall of fame performance in NFLE is just around the corner. He's probably going to need another shining year over there to wake up his critics...

I'm not sure it's his critics he needs to worry about. He needs to wake up some GM or coach.

Yeah, just think... look how much just one record setting year in NFLE translated to extended success on the field over here for him.

Too bad for ol Damaeiouandsometimesyne that the XFL folded. Damn, he could been an all star.

Guys.... Guys... even if he does not play this year, his career is not over, he is still plenty young. Until he retires never to return or lets just say he is 36 and never won a starting job, then I will gladly say I was freakin wrong... its really no biggie.

Preach on brotherman!!! Just look at the hundreds of players in Canton right now that did absolutly dick on the field their first four years on the field. There was... ummm.... and...uhhhhhh.... nevermind.

Not to bring up an old QB - you know the guy - he bounced around, bounced around, never really had a team of his own, then one day in his mid 30's the guy he was backing up walked out the door - boom - opportunity - he then went on to "statistically" have a pro bowl year. Now granted, he will never be in Canton, but it does speak to the fact you never know when a guys time will come.

On a side note, I read somewhere on one of these boards last year where DC already has a little mention in Canton for his NFLE achievements. I don't know if thats true or not...

It was a mention, not an induction.

One thing is for sure, when Gil Haskill left, our offense went down the tubes.
