No sense to even answer somebody like that with his head up his ass so far that he is on Bill Gates Payroll, and can't see the other reason, and sides, for getting a Mac, not even mentioning they are the top in customer satisfaction, and their machines last and last and last, so long it is even hard to find a used Mac for sale.
And another thing i have had 2 PC's before I got this IMac. So I am not just a person that got talked into buying one.
i LEARNED on Apples and Macs back in the 90's, So much so I could even program the data base that we were using on the Macs.
And another thing I worked in the Computer parts manufacturing.
We made parts the hold the read/write head on the suspension part of the head assembly. Making these parts for all computer and hard drive manufactures. Yes even those that would go in Macs.
Did that for 8 years so I am just not your ordinary run of the mill what you called ignorant person.
So you go and stick a few move dollars up Bill Gates's ass if you want, I will never go back to a PC again.

 

The funny part in your explaination of how working at Radio Shack makes you less ignorant on this topic, you never once provided evidence to dispute my claim... which FWIW is true.

And for what its worth I'll give you the fact Mac makes a superior hardware machine. It runs Windows 7 great by the way, but the debate isn't in the hardware. And for what its worth I've run OSX on a Dell Optiplex. Hackers don't hack hardware, they hack the OS. Where our debate returns to the fact that fewer people use Macs so the hackers could care less about attacking it. If Macs were more mainstream than PCs you'd see more attacks. Once again proving my point that no one cares enough about your Mac to hack it. FWIW I think Bill gates is a greedy bastard, but your concet that Steve Jobs is any better is dumb. But the security issue has become overplayed, and once again I say that anyone that uses that is ignorant.

Its just like when Firefox made claims it was more secure than IE. Its because people were trying to hack IE and not Firefox. Once Firefox became mainstream it was found to have more holes than IE did.

 

Finally people are starting to realize this.
