True, but it was more than that. Earlier in the episode, they hilighted Christopher saying that Tony was the man he was going to hell for. It was like the part where Chris was thinking at the gas station was his crossroads, the point where he committed to selling his soul to the devil (Tony). Then, we find him at the bar having just done heroin. The heroin is his addiction, the tool of his imprisonment, his eternal torment, and Tony/the devil is right there in hell next to him to kick the crap out of him and remind him of his decision.

 

i'm actually surprised that the adriana thing was "settled" so easily. wouldn't christopher have some taint now? wouldn't they be really, really, really worried about how involved she was or what she told them?

and johnny sacks -- absolutely. he's been way too full of himself. it was awesome when tony went off on him. too bad we have to wait till next season to see the fall-out. unless, that is, they cop out and make peace (which they'd never do as a season ender -- you don't resolve things in the finale, you leave burning questions).

also, i'm glad tony is back together with carmella. hopefully it will mean less stupid family crap makes its way into the show.

 

When Tony calls and says "Silvio will be by" to get me, I go straight to the FBI office and hope Christopher shows up later. Dumbass.

 

Sooooo, when will the next new season of the SOPRANOS air? With everybody doing their own thing now, I'm sure its going to take some time to get all of the actors schedule together and come up with the story line for the final (?) season. I say, Season 6 is taped in SPring 2005 for a Fall 2005 airing. What do yall think ? ?

 

well, one last episode then it's probably nothing again till late 2004/early 2005. the HBO season seems to start in spring, not fall.

 

Johnny owns Tony. "We're done here"...all Tony could do was tuck his balls and walk away with his head down. Going off on Johnny only added fuel to the fire. I can't wait til Johnny starts "raining shit" on Tony's family. Tony is such a dumbass.

 

johnny is still relatively new, tho. not everybody is on his side yet. if he's taken out, it wouldnt' be like taking out a long-time boss. but yeah, it's gonna be brutal.

 

This current season of the Sopranos was taped way back in Spring 2003 . . . . You noticed they never taped a season in Winter, have you ? ? ? ? ? ? ? I say they tape Season 6 next spring and hopefully they will air it in Fall 2005 vs. Early 2006, which would stink big time . .

 

I read Spring 2006 somewhere. Hell, I'll be dead by then.

 

spring? last episode had a distinctly fall feel to me -- crunching around dead leaves. tho i suppose that could be last year's leaves...
