    Either tony's fat saves him, or he dies and ALL HELL breaks loose with 2 bosses being gone. All those dudes would start killing eachother to gain control.

    The fat dude that sucks dick and lost weight would kill Meadow's fiance, and try to be boss. Carmella would have to actually make a living. Tony's son would get involved in the business.

    It would be constant war. It's the series finale, so it would be fine if he died....

    i thought there was talk of another season.

    12 episodes now and the final 8 in Jan. no way Tony dies before then.

    I did read that some of the episodes are going to have those "dream sequences" with Tony, so I could see him in the hospital for a few episodes.
