    I believe you're right. I like the version by the Temptations better for some reason. Sounds more raw and "beachy" if there is such an adjective.

    Ok.. I cold make a endless list of songs that make me feel Really good! But-the one that can make me smile and wanna just throw all my cares away and go out and PARTY is Margaritaville (Sp? Yes-my spelling sucks people!! :) By Jimmy Buffet!! Everytime I hear it-makes me wanna be on a beach drinking a margarita and having FUN......

    That one too! I love it! Makes me wanna just be at the ocean or something..... I soooooo love Otis Redding.... Another song that always makes me happy that is a recent on is by Nappy Roots.. Nappy Roots Gonna Be O-Kay! It goes something like "All my life I been poor-but it doesn;t really matter no more. And they wonder why we act this way, Nappy Roots is gonna be OK.." That songs just makes me feel and know that no matter what-everything is gonna be fine! :)
