Wait, I must have been thinking about In Through the Out Door. Still, Physical Graffiti sucked and was the beginning of the end. Somehow, Page got coherent enough to play incredible riffs on Presence. But the stuff about morons, ants, and the type of people who like Kashmir is still true.

And I never said there were any "great" songs on PG. Maybe great songs by John Paul Jones standards. Good luck with improving your musical tastes. So, you really do like "The Delicate Sound of Thunder", don't you? What a peice of utter garbage that was. If you ever want to know what other albums or songs suck, just ask. I'm here for you.

How about Roger Waters solo albums compared to Pink Floyd? Or Floyd pre or post Waters departure?

I can't imagine that someone who thinks Jewel is a talented musician could possibly appreciate Kashmir or any other great Zep tune. For that reason any debate on thne topic is pointless.

Delicate Sound of Thunder? Where did that come from? Like any live album, it has its detractors, simply because for the most part the noise associated with live recordings makes the songs pale in comparison to the clean studio versions.

Still, the album had some great old Floyd tunes: Shine On You Crazy Diamond, One of These Days, Time, Wish You Were Here, Us And Them, Money, Another Brick in the Wall, Comfortably Numb, Run Like Hell. Any of those ring a bell?

There were only handful of songs, all off the Momentary Lapse of Reason album, that truly sucked. I don't know, maybe you're confused again. Did you mean to refer to Momentary Lapse of Reason and not Delicate Sound of Thunder?

All you have to do is ignore the marketing and really listen to Jewel to understand she's incredibly talented. I'm not hampered by the fact that maybe she's considered "pop" music. Talent is irrespective of genre. Yeah, I meant Momentary Lapse of Reason. Roger Waters was the lyricist behind Pink Floyd. When he went, Floyd ceased to exist. He created the concepts of evey album they did after Sid Barret left. Momentary Lapse of Reason's lyrical motifs are thin and pathetic. It's left with average, overproduced, soft rock songs with David Gilmore playing like, but not as good as, Eric Clapton. The Pros and Cons of Hitchiking is vastly superior to anything Floyd did after he left.

Physical Graphitti is not really my favorite Zep album but from my understanding most fans consider it their best if not one of their best.

I'm really not comfortable with that. Please revert to previous disposition.

I saw Pink Floyd in concert at the Chicago Bears' Soldier Field. We were in the 4th row center in the pouring rain. Everyone was either drunk, stoned or both. I think 4th row was a little too close to take in all the lights, lasers and awesome sound effects. None the less, it was the greatest live show I have ever seen! :)
