The inside is nice. The concourse reminds me of Knights castle. You have to have deep pockets to go on a regular basis, and Jake Voswhateverthefuckhisnameis is our obligatory tall white stiff. But giving $10 for buy one get one and being row 1 upper level at mid court was ok.

I was thinking of going in December or January when I'm in town. The outside looks great, and think it'd be cool to go see it. Evidently many people aren't based on the empty seats I saw tonight on TV

yeah, it's a nice place. i scored some suite passes for last night's game, so that was pretty neat. can't say no to free food & booze.

I went to that FNZ thanksgiving thing they had. Gave $10 and got a 2 for 1 coupon. Center court upper level row 1, $55 a piece. Steep but 2 for 1. They do have $10 dollar tickets that you can get in and slide down to the same seats I got this go around. I'll go again on bobblehead giveaway nights

Went for the first time last night, too. Easy parking, easy walk, easy restrooms, easy concessions. Don't know that I would pay for tickets, but the boys loved it.

That's about the only way I would go. I just don't like the product that the NBA is offering anymore. It's really weird how different this go around feels compared to the Hornets.

It looks to be a nice arena though and I'll likely go for hockey games.

the new arena is very cool. If you haven't been get some cheap seats at a Bobcat game or a checkers game....even walking around the concourses there's tons of cool shit to check out...videos playing on the walls, stuff from old charlotte, etc. Flat screens everywhere.

One complaint - I went to the Checkers game Fri. At the Bobcat's opener the "flight deck" or whatever they call it was the place to be...lots of talent around and a huge bar...you can stand at the edge and watch the game. You could buy a cheap seat and stand in that area and have a good time. So, went to Checkers game hoping for the same thing....Nope - closed, Bobcats games only. That pissed me off - I was planning on spending the second period up there.
