I thinks you look at this game like the IND game. Both team have very QB very good WR and very good RB and a good D. one thing that mit help us.STL CB are not so good. our WR will have a big game.i thinks to beat STL we have to keep it close with 5 Min to go.Dont get me worng i thinks yes we can beat STL.but everyone on the team will have to play there A+ game to win

Our Defense is better than their Offense. They got questions at QB. If we can get pressure on the QB, it could create all kinds of havoc. Plus our secondary is no longer considered a weakness, but more a lesser of the evils on Defense.

Our Offense is better than their Defense. Our OL is playing great right now, and I really can't see the Rams DL having a big game. It's all about what goes on upfront.

Our Special Teams is better than their Special Teams. They got a great Kicker, but so do we. Steve Smith loves a fast track, and Rod Smart could be even faster.

Win the turnover battle, don't beat ourselves, play Panther ball

Best way to beat St Louis is to grind the clock down and keep their offense off the field

    Run the ball/Control the offense.
    Blitz Bulger.
Put a pounding on their WRs.

    as Eugene Robinson says

bust them in the mouth and get physical with them. They think that they are
"royalty" and don't appreciate when they are roughed up. We need to put
pressure all day long on Bulger. If he's got time to look downfield, he'll pick
us apart. Blitz often and mix things up.

    Carolina Panthers bringin the pain!

the exact same thing that Detroit did to them... blitz the hell outta their QB... smack the ever living hell outta their recievers whenever they even get close to the ball... then run against their Defense... its has matchup problems vs running offenses... control the clock... and play smart... basically we play Carolina Panthers football... punch them in the mouth... if they get back up punch them again... and keep it up until they stay down

Even though they lost, I'd look at the Ravens game. They were able to run the ball and control the clock. If Boller hadn't gotten hurt, and Redman sucked so much, they'd won.

Their weakness on the line is up the middle. If we can get some up the middle pressure and get the clock in Bulger's head going early.

Control the clock with the run and pass. The Ram Run D sucks. Work Smity and Moose on the edge against smaller corners. Don't press deep until they come up for run support, we will likely have to draw them in.

Offensively, one word sums it up...BALANCE. If we come out with a balanced attack we can get the Rams D guessing and get some big chunks of yardage. Make no mistake, the Rams D will be prepared. However, they are a persuit team and if we get some misdirection out of the running game, Davis well get his yards. The Rams have been hammered by play action all year.

Defensively, we're going to need to get pressure from the front four. As Piper pointed out, up the gut is where they are weak. Jenkins, Buckner and Morgan should all have opportunites for sacks. The most important thing is going to be our safety play. Minter and Grant will need to be on thier toes supplying help over the top while our CB's press and try to take the Rams out of thier routes and disrupt the timing of the passing game...Which means Spoon and Favors will need to keep tabs on Faulk in the flat.
