    SNL is more adolescent teen comedy with a political edge. Mad TV is more general character comedy. My fave is Dot, the little girl with the gloves. "It's maaaaagic".

    Watched SNL for the first time in a while this weekend. It was an obvious re-run from the election. The political humor was weak and the skits were stiff. Hariatio Sans is really bad. In fact all the male leads are bad. The women are just OK. Overall, It is not very good. The only good thing was those silly cartoon funhouse shorts. Even that sucked.

    MadTV is generally more amusing and flows better.

    Your right it's hysterical. There have been a couple of bad shows but for the most part, its way funnier then SNL, and has been for a couple of years already.

    I thought MAD came on Fox on some night late. I don't watch Comedy Central much, except when there's some good stand-up on. Lewis Black is the friggin' man.
