SNL OR MAD TV????

I have been in a holiday arguement with my family over this....


I think MAD Tv has taken over as the better of the two, but its still close. :huh:

 

SNL hands down. I hate Mad TV with a passion. Overacting at its worse. Honestly, that show makes my blood boil if I watch it for more than a minute. I fucking hate it.

 

I haven't watched MadTV this year but I have to say that SNL has gone way down hill this season - a weak cast and even weaker writing. It is right up there with some of their worst years.

It had been on a good run for awhile but this year it sucks big time.

 

Losing Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrell, etc., hurt big. There are a lot of bit actors and no stars on SNL.
Mad TV's just kinda annoying.

 

SNL has lost pretty much everyone that made it worth watching,

but mad has Michael McDonald. he is hillarious!

 

snl has sucked ass for years now and only had a few stars to even make it watchable. Now that they have no one i've ever fucking heard of, Mad TV is still better to watch since it's on all the damn time on comedy central.

I'll still say that SNL overall is a better show, like when comedy central used to show old episodes. but currently Mad TV is better than them. The E channel only shows shit from like months ago...

 

mad tv used to be able to be pretty funny, but more often is just sorta weird.

i really don't like the way the audience seems like they've got a mic on them or something. it's like they have the old married with children audience...

 

Any given week it's a roll of the dice. Both can suck, but both can be fuckin hysterical too.

 

I've never even watched MadTV. I read plenty of Mad Magazine growing up, though.

 

then you must not watch comedy central (aka the MAD TV Channel) much.
