    Bannana, handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen), apple juice, soy milk, maybe a gob of peanut butter, maybe some pasteurized (sp?) egg beaters, maybe some unsalted sunflower seeds, blender, ice......yum

    probably not the "recipe" you were looking for but there you go

    I wonder if you can use yogurt and ice instead of the soy milk and leave out the peanut butter and of course, no egg anything.

    And I'll use some blueberries because I have some and some fruit juice concentrate. Thanks for my recipe. :)

    you had it figured out already....I suggest not using too many blueberries, they tend to overpower the flavor for their relative size.

    It all depends on if you want one that just tastes good or if you want one that is full of protein or whatever.

    My recipe is easy. Take a can of frozen OJ but instead of water use apple or cranberry juice and then grab any and all fruits you have on hand and put it all in a blender with a couple handfuls of ice
