    Your own will power will be the thing that allows you to quit smoking when all is said and done so don't waste your money on those other products.

    true story

    i tried the patch but that shit sucked ass so after two days of using it i stopped. not worth it...cold turkey is the only way to go.


    to get over the cravings i walked 2 miles a day with the intention of keeping up with it and possibly start running to drop weight....lol ahhhh no

    You're about over it then. A young dude was over a few weeks ago and he was smoking up the tobacco. I asked him for a cig to see if it tasted as good as I remembered it did a long time ago. God damn that was some nasty shit.

    Congrats!

    Cold turkey is the way to go. I did, after 25 years of smoking. It was surprisingly easy. Just had to find the right button to push.

    It really is a nasty and EXPENSIVE habit to feed. My GF smokes like there's no tomorrow.

    cold turkey. 1 year this past memorial day. it sucks for a couple of weeks, and then its easy.you gotta want to quit. if you think about smoking the whole time, you aren't ready to quit. no patches, no pills, no gum, no candy....
