I guess it was classy when a picture of a dejected David Noel was gleefully posted on here after the ACC Tournament (even though that wasn't you). At least David had his "One Shining Moment". Something that JJ will never have.

Nope, it was directed at you guys. I've been here four years and never seen the board blow up like it did that Saturday night. There were more new threads when you beat Dook than when you won the NC.

 

this whole thread was directed at sly, yet you came on here and hijacked it and complained about the anti-dook posts.......is sly your little brother or something? you sure seem to take up for him.

 

Little brother? You think I'm older than Sly? That's more respect than most people have given me on this board, guess I should be flattered.

Sly doesn't need me to stick up for him, and he doesn't want me to. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to respond to a thread unless I was in the title. I'll gladly follow that rule if you will too, I'll take one for the team.

I would much rather lose to LSU than George Mason.

 

UNC was very young this year and wasnt projected to even make the tourney. i know alot has happened since those projections, they were in fact a much better team than anybody (well most people) thought they would be. this loss by a seasoned, #1 ranked Duke team, even to a 4 seed, in the Sweet 16 has to be a bigger disappointment than UNC losing to GMU. add in the fact that UNC won it all last year and the pressure to keep up was all on Duke to pull it off this time, thus a greater disappointment. people may not want to admit that in public but deep down they wanted it badly. LSU played a stout defense but they didnt do much else, Duke would destroy them 9 times outta 10 but something about the pressure got to them last night. for some reason they didnt perform at the level they're capable of. its maddening, it has to be. i woulda lost my house on that game if i had to make a pick.

 

Both teams lost. We all suck.
