Bickerstaff's not going to be an above average coach, and I'd hate to see the Bobcats be forced to start over with both a coach and GM in two years, so I'd like to see this. 9 of 12 sucks, you don't want to see that as an owner, but I think the Cavs acted hastily on that decision.

Bernie has said his plan is to turn the coaching job over to someone else, and stay GM. he could do it as soon as next year or he may coach another year himself. Silas would be good for Okafor, as he works well with big guys.

yeah, he did well with big men under Cowens and he had a powerful game here when he took over, too.

But something about guard play over that time, just underwhelms me, too. Davis? yeah, but that's a gift to get a franchise player like that. Liked Wesley, but he was always a roleplayer. Never had that guy who could take over the perimeter, otherwise. Can't think of any exceptional shooters, the only decent slasher was Eddie Robinson - who was more of a forward. So that's something I'd want to see more of in Charlotte that I worry about with Silas...having a good point and a more classic 2g.

i dont think i'd like silas back as a head coach. i'd love to see him be an assistant here as he was previously and develop our big men.
