    maybe, but?

    I had been hearing it would be announced on Tuesday, however ..............tonight WRAL-TV reported Lowe stated during an interview that he had not yet met with AD Yow for his year-end evaluation.

    so, what should be made of this "delay"?

    This seems like a pretty generic list ...what did this blogger do, pull this off of PackPride.com ?? Barnes is what, 60 years old now ? I bet State end up with Marshall or Smart.
