Am I the only one that feels Texas and Tennessee are perrenially overrated?

I thought #3 was high given our schedule. Florida and LSU on the road to start SEC play, a better bama on the road. Weis and ND on the road. That said, both UTs have had a bunch of double digit win seasons recently. 3 of the last 4 for us. So its not a bad bet that we will be top 10 again.

But we should be very good nonetheless. We return all of our major offensive weapons from last year, and we really ended things on a high note, tearing up A&M in the Cotton Bowl. If Rick Clausen can put up those kind of numbers, Ainge could have a huge year statistically with these recievers.

UGA may be the overrated bunch this year in the SEC. They lost a lot.

The last few years? Sure. This year? Probably not. Piper has a good point about the Tenn schedule though.

Texas basically has a two game schedule this year.

I'm hoping the examples made of Banks and Schaffner, two of the better athletes getting kicked off the team, will put some discipline back. We've had too many off-field incidents in the past year, and now two of our more outspoken "charachter" leaders have graduated in Burnett and Munoz.

We are way more talented that the teams that lost the Peach Bowls.

Don't worry, we (The Georgia Bulldogs) will upset them at home like Tennessee did to us this past year. I think we'll either go 11-1 or 8-4. If Shockley does a decent job we have a good chance to win the East, but I still see Leak and Florida killing us. Whoever comes out of the SEC will more than likely have to beat 5 ranked teams. Where USC won't have to beat any. California won't be nearly as good without Rodgers and Arrington, but in the Pac 10 they don't play defense anyways

Also, Auburn is the most overrated team in the country. Everyone is expecting them to have a season like last year, or a 10-2 year. You can't lose your QB, All American's in the backfield and the two best running backs in the country and stay ranked. They'll be around 7-5 by the end of the year. People forget that Tuberville was barely allowed to come back. That wasn't his coaching that got him to 13-0. It was QB Coach Borges that got Jason Campbell to start playing well. They were awful as juniors and Tuberville is an overrated coach who got lucky with a heapload of talent. He'll be exposed this year. He's lucky he can come back to that season for the next couple of years to save his job
