Now, you can pick a talent evaluator you really respect and use his rankings -- I really admire Tom Konchalski and Dave Telep; Brick Oettinger has a good track record; Bob Gibbons is as informed as any prep writer, although sometimes I question his talent evaluations. But my preference is to use the RSCI (http://home.nc.rr.com/rsci/) which takes all the rankings and averages them, giving us a consensus ratings system. "
