I see a lot of hair splitting but I have yet to see any sight with Shav ranked higher than Jawad. Jawad was a higher ranked recruit. Period.

 

I just f'n showed you were Shav was ranked higher than Jawad. The UNCBasketball.com website had Jawad listed at highest #11. Dave Telep himself had him at #13. Telep is one of the top guru guys for scout. Anyways UNCbasketball.com became InsideCarolina.com which a member of the scout.com network. So essentially they are the same thing. And scout ranked Shav higher nationally than Jawad. What part of that can't you wrap your brain around?

Funny considering he worked for rivals until 2001. When he was ranking Jawad, his rankings should be compared to Rivals, not scout.

 

Actually you haven't done the apple to apple thing. I asked you to show a legitimate site that had both years listed.

Either way, both players are about the same as the numbers in rankings go. Some sites have Jawad higher and some Shav higher.

The facts are this, Jawad was a far better player in college, Jawad is a current member of the National Champions. Shav was hired by a former dookie to be practice dung and play in a game as a last resort because of his size, period.
