to defend 16 minutes and 7 pts as solid play from the supposed BEST player from a NUMBER ONE recruiting class is just hypocritical.

Seeing how he just recovered from mono and was getting ZERO anything before that besides fouls, he's doing great. Not what was expected of him to start the year or his career, but at least he's contributing. He'll get better if he stays healthy and when they need him in March he may be getting 10+ points a game. Not great, but sure will help take some of the pressure off of Williams.

 

You forgot to put "very" solid. He still sucks, sucked before mono and sucks after mono.

The only reason he doesn't play more minutes has nothing to do with him having mono in the PAST. It's all because K knows this kid sucks but has no choice but to use him right now. He has had 4 maybe 5 games tops this year, counting them all where he did good at best.

Maybe we can just put a little * by his stats this year for pre-mono and post mono stats. Give it a fucking rest on this guy, next thing his back may go out!

David Noel sucks ass according to you guys.

 

Noel is Carolina's 8th man. His role never has been more than to run the court, finish the break if he gets the pass, play defense while the starters rest.

Shav is a starter and he isn't playing any better now than he was at the start of this thread.

 

Shav has a role too and on this team is doesn't have to be scoring. He had 5 blocks against GT!
