:umno: But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express.....

I twisted it about a week ago. The pain comes and goes. Mostly in the evening.

i've been having similar pain for about a year now and i may have found out why. Precor eliptical trainers are great for eliminating impact issues when cardio training but appear to be hard on your knees. i would have a sharp pain in my left knee, near the top of my knee cap whenever i climbed a set of stairs and sometimes when going down them (which is several times a day). i train legs once a week but do the Precor 3 times a week, every time i go in the gym. right now im hitting cardio for 25 minutes prior to any weight training but on leg days i'll do 2 sets of weighted lunges, 2 sets of Hack squats, 2 sets of calf machine and sometimes i'll hit the leg extension and leg curl machines. i stopped the Precor about a week ago and employed the simple tread mill. the knee pain seems to be easing up for now. but thats just me. i hope thats all it takes for this shit to go away.

I've got somewhat of a dull pain in both knees, somedays worse than others. I've noticed when I where a knee support it goes away, I hope my knees aren't going, fuck, I'm only 30.
